To keep out spam, we don’t store your IP address. We keep only a scrambled marker that lets us spot repeated abuse without holding anything that points back to you.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal data.
- We don’t put your email or order reference into analytics.
- We don’t keep your private details in logs.
- We don’t run advertising or cross-site trackers.
Analytics and tracking
This site does not run advertising or cross-site tracking. If we introduce privacy-friendly analytics in future, we’ll ask for consent where the law requires it and update this notice. Either way, your email address and order reference are never included in any analytics.
Retention
- Published reviews are kept while published. The public content stays; the private contact fields are subject to the periods below.
- Rejected submissions are retained for 12 months so a rejection can be explained or appealed, then deleted.
- Email addresses and order references are deleted 24 months after the review is published or rejected, unless you ask sooner.
- Spam-prevention markers are deleted after 30 days.
- Records of our moderation decisions are kept for 3 years. They note what was decided and why, not the content of your review.
How to have your data deleted
- Contact us through the contact page from the email address you submitted with, or include enough detail for us to locate the review.
- We confirm the request.
- We unpublish the review if you ask, and delete the private contact fields.
- We confirm when it is done.
We keep a short record that a review was removed and why — without the review’s content — so our moderation stays accountable. It’s held for the period above.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary — for example, to keep a form submission secure. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
