Each page explains what an ingredient does in a formula, distinguishes its trade and INCI names, and states plainly what ingredient-level research can and cannot establish about a finished cosmetic.
GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is a small peptide complexed with copper. In cosmetics it appears under the INCI name Copper Tripeptide-1 and is used as a conditioning ingredient. It is the ingredient every Amplified Glow copper peptide product is built around, and the only one for which the brand publishes concentrations — between 0.1% and 0.15% depending on the product.

SNAP-8 is a trade name suppliers use, not the standardised (INCI) name that appears on an ingredient list. Amplified Glow names it for three products but doesn’t publish the ingredient list, so the exact ingredient behind "SNAP-8" on these labels can’t be confirmed — and a trade name and an ingredient-list name aren’t interchangeable.

Sodium hyaluronate is the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, used in cosmetics as a humectant — an ingredient that attracts and holds water. It is the most widely used ingredient in the Amplified Glow range, disclosed in eleven of the fifteen products.

Sodium ascorbyl phosphate is a vitamin C derivative — a phosphorylated form of ascorbic acid, as a sodium salt. Formulators use it because it is more stable in water-based products than ascorbic acid. It is the vitamin C form Amplified Glow names in its Brightening Vitamin C Serum, and naming the specific derivative is a more informative disclosure than writing "Vitamin C".

Ferulic acid is a plant-derived phenolic compound used in cosmetics as an antioxidant. It is most often seen alongside vitamin C derivatives, and Amplified Glow discloses it in the Brightening Vitamin C Serum. No concentration is published.

Panthenol, often labelled pro-vitamin B5, is used in cosmetics as a humectant and conditioning agent. It appears in four Amplified Glow products across skincare and haircare. No concentration is published for any of them.

"Keratin" on a label isn’t a single ingredient. Several versions exist — hydrolyzed keratin, keratin amino acids, and others — differing in source and size. Amplified Glow names keratin in four haircare products without saying which form or source, so the exact ingredient isn’t confirmed.

Squalane is a saturated hydrocarbon used in cosmetics as an emollient — an ingredient that softens and smooths, and helps limit water loss. It is not the same as squalene, which is the unsaturated compound it is made from. Amplified Glow discloses squalane in one product, the lavender conditioner.

Green tea extract is a botanical extract derived from Camellia sinensis. Amplified Glow discloses it in four products. Botanical extracts are among the hardest cosmetic ingredients to compare between products, because extraction method, solvent and concentration all vary and are almost never published — including here.

Menthol produces a cooling sensation by activating a cold-sensing receptor in the skin. That sensation is genuine and is what the Amplified Glow Natural Muscle Rub is built around. It is a sensory effect, not a change in temperature and not a therapeutic one. Amplified Glow does not publish the menthol concentration, which is the most important missing number for that product.
